Valentin Bianchi
Established by DonValentin Bianchi in 1928, the business is still family owned. It has over 400 hectares in the San Rafael Valley, south of the Mendoza region. High altitudes, warm days and cool nights contribute to an even, slow ripening giving high quality fruit.
Tasting
Intense dark red colour with aromas of blackcurrant, chocolate and spice. On the palate there are ripe blackcurrants and blackberries with a hint of spice, chocolate and mocha. The wine is a nicely rounded blend, soft and supple with a long pleasing finish.

Beef, mature hard cheese, burgers, lamb, steak, goose.
