- We normally work with DPD for transport within Belgium and use specially designed packaging to protect the wine bottles. The transport company will offer the goods up to three times at the adress you have provided. This will be during the normal working hours and during business days. Please always provide an adress where people are available to receive the goods during the mentioned business hours. When the goods can not be delivered, we will contact you. On those occasions, we offer you the choice to pick up the goods on one of our adresses in Brussels or Bruges, or you can choose to have the goods shipped again. In the latter case, you will have to pay transport costs again. When none of the mentioned options are viable, you can opt to cancel the order. In this case we will wire your money back to you minus the costs for the original transport.
- Privacy & Safety
- Privacy is an imprtant right. Ida Wines commits itself not to share your details with any other third party(*) unless requested by court. Your customer details wll be stored on the server(s) of Ida Wines and will be removedby simple request.
- (*) Your name and adress will be provided to the third party logistci provider that delivers the goods.
- Returns & Replacements
- In case the delivered bottles are damaged, please send an e-mail to ida@idawines.com or call +32 (0)50/67 84 70 to have the damaged goods picked up. After our inspection and approval of your request, we will transfer your money back to your account. You can also use this service when the quality of the wine is not up to the standards you expected. Customer complaints on bottles that have been opened, can be accepted in case less then a quarter of the wine has been consumed.
- Ordering
- You can place your order by e-mail, fax or through the web-shop. For non-professional customers, we always aks to pay the goods upfront through PayPall of by bank wire. You will gain acces to the web-shop by clicking on 'Wines'.
- Payment, Prices & Promotions
- Non-professional customers are requested to pay the goods on order. For professional customer the payment terms are 30 days after invoice date. As timely payments are of the essence for the livelyhood of our company, we can take legal actions towards customers who do not respect the payment terms. Please request our slaes terms for further details.
- Prices published on the website are including VAT. In case special promotions apply, these will be discounted at check-out.
- Check Order Status
- In case the goods are shipped with DPD, you will receive a tracking number with which you will check the status of your order on www.dpd.com . In case you have any questionson the status, you can of course contact us directly on ida@idawines.com.
